Add/Modify Banking Information WARP logo
The Add/Modify Banking Information screen allows for transmitters to register to make payments via ACH Debit or to change previously registered banking information. This screen can be accessed by the WOW Main Menu screen by clicking on the Register/Update Electronic Payment Information (ACH Debit) link.

This screen has the following sections:

EMPLOYER INFORMATION
SAMPLE U.S. CHECK
BANK ROUTING NUMBER
BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER
ENTRY BOXES
BUTTONS

EMPLOYER

This section displays the FEIN, UI Account Number, and Business Name for the selected Employer. The information is not up dateable, it is display only.

FEIN field

WOW displays the FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) of the selected employer.

UI Acct No field

WOW displays the Montana UI Account Number of the selected Employer.

Business Name field

WOW displays the Business Name of the selected Employer.

SAMPLE U.S. CHECK

This section displays a sample check to allow transmitters information on how to extract their bank routing number and account number for entry below. NOTE: This bank routing number and account number are not valid. Please do not use these numbers for entry in the entry boxes below.

BANK ROUTING NUMBER

This section displays the last 4 digits of the Bank Routing Number previously entered. If the employer is not registered for ACH Debit Payments, this area will be blank.

BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER

This section displays the last 4 digits of the Bank Account Number previously entered. If the employer is not registered for ACH Debit Payments, this area will be blank.

ENTRY BOXES

This section has three fields that are used to register employers for the purpose of making ACH Debit Payments through WOW or for changing previously entered banking information, so that the ACH Debit Payments are deducted from a different account.

Bank Routing Number field

This field is available for entering the Bank Account Number to register employers for ACH Debit payments or for changing a previously entered Bank Account Number. (This is a required field)

Bank Account Number field

This field is available for entering the Bank Account Number to register employers for ACH Debit payments or for changing a previously entered Bank Account Number. (This is a required field)

Re-Enter Bank Account Number field

This field is available for entering the Bank Account Number in again to verify that the original data entered was correct. This is used to register employers for ACH Debit payments or for changing a previously entered Bank Account Number. (This is a required field)

BUTTONS

At the bottom of the entry fields are 3 buttons: "Save", "Return to WOW Main Menu", and "Add/Modify Payment".

Save

Click this button to save the new banking information entered into the entry fields above. This must be done for both employers registering for ACH Debits payments or for employers changing previously entered banking information. Once the changes are saved, WOW will navigate to the Add/Modify Payment screen so a payment can be made.

Return to WOW Main Menu

Click this button if you do not need to change or register any banking information on this screen and would like to return to the WOW Main Menu.

Add/Modify Payment

Click this button if you do not need to change or register any banking information on this screen and would like to navigate to the Add/Modify Payment screen to make a payment.
