The "Transmitter Employer Linking" screen is accessed
from the WOW Main Menu screen. It allows you to add one or more Employers to your WOW transmitter
account, and also allows you to remove Employers from your account.
WOW allows a transmitting entity to transmit UI data for one employer or many employers. If you
(the transmitter) transmit data for yourself only, as an employer, you only need to click the
"Add Transmitter to Employer List" button, and you are done on this screen!
If you transmit data for multiple employers, use this screen to add each employer to your WOW
account (see "Employer to Change" section).
All information transmitted to the
Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI) via WOW is stored on a secure
database. Information for all employers linked to a transmitter remains available
each time WOW is accessed. If an employer's Business Name or FEIN is changed,
or if the business ownership has changed, contact the Customer Service Center
(406 444-6963) or email the WARP Administrator (mailto:arose@m.gov) to either
update the account, or to register the new owner.
The Transmitter/Employer Linking Screen is divided into three sections:

FEIN field
WOW displays the FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) of the logged-in transmitter.UI Acct No field
WOW displays the Montana UI Account Number of the logged-in transmitter.Business Name field
WOW displays the name of the business name of the logged-in transmitter.Add Transmitter to Employers List button
Click on this button if you will be transmitting UI Employer data for the logged-in Transmitter, ie, if the logged-in Transmitter is an employer itself. This section is a scrollable window that displays all Employers that are linked to the logged-in Transmitter, ie, all Employers that this transmitter will submit UI data for.FEIN field
This field displays the Federal Employer Identification Number of each employer that is linked to the logged-in transmitter.UI Acct Num field
This field displays the Montana UI Account Number of each employer that is linked to the logged-in transmitter.Business Name field
This field displays the Business Name of each employer that is linked to the logged-in transmitter. This section is where transmitters can modify their list of linked employers. An employer can be added to, or removed from, the transmitter's list.NOTE: An employer must be registered with WOW before they can be added to WOW.

Click in this box and type the FEIN of the employer you wish to add or remove from the transmitter's list of employers.UI Acct No input box
Click in this box and type the FEIN of the employer you wish to add or remove from the transmitter's list of employers.Add to Employer List button
After you have entered the FEIN and UI Account Number of the employer you wish to add, click this button to Add them. After clicking, you will see the added employer in the List of Employers window.Remove from Employer List button
After you have entered the FEIN and UI Account Number of the employer you wish to remove, click this button to Remove them. After clicking, you will no longer see the employer in the List of Employers window.Back to Top
