The WOW Main Menu screen is the "Home" page for the WOW application. This screen is displayed after a successful login to the WOW application. From this screen, you can navigate to all other areas of WOW.
The WOW Main Menu screen has three sections:
YOU ARE LOGGED IN AS
EMPLOYER INFORMATION
TRANSMITTER INFORMATION
FEIN field
WOW displays the FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) of the logged-in Transmitter.UI Acct No field
WOW displays the Montana UI Account Number of the logged-in Transmitter.Business Name field
WOW displays the Business Name of the transmitter in this field.This section contains 2 blocks: A "Choose Employer" block, and a "Click on Desired Link" block.
CHOOSE EMPLOYER dropdown box
Click on this dropdown box, and select the Employer you wish to submit data for. The dropdown box contains a list of all Employers that the logged-in Transmitter is registered to submit UI data for. If you only submit UI data for one employer, only that employer will be displayed in the dropdown box, and you can skip this part (WOW automatically selects the first employer on the list).If there are employers missing from your list, go to the Transmitter Employer Linking screen, and add the employers to the Transmitter WOW account.
If there are employers on your list that you no longer transmit UI data for, go to the Transmitter Employer Linking screen, and remove the employers from the Transmitter WOW account.
CLICK ON DESIRED LINK block
After selecting an employer from the dropdown box, click on any of the links in this block to navigate to that screen.
Perform Employee\Wage File upload(optional)
Click on this link if you want to upload employee ware records from a CSV file format. WOW navigates to the "Employee Wage File Upload" screen.Input\Update Employees link
Click on this link if you want to add, modify, or remove employees for the selected employer. WOW navigates to the "Input\Update Employees" screen.Input Employee Wages link
Click on this link if you want to add or modify employee wages for the selected employer. WOW navigates to the "Input Employee Wages" screen.Create new quarterly UI Report link
Click on this link if you want to create a quarterly UI return for the selected employer. WOW navigates to the "Quarterly Report Creation" screen.View WOW quarterly UI Report History link
Click on this link if you want to review quarterly UI returns submitted on WOW for the selected employer. WOW navigates to the "Quarterly Report History" screen.Pay UI Online link
Click on this link if you want to pay UI online.Payment History link
Click on this link if you want to review, add, or modify UI payments made on WOW for the selected employer. WOW navigates to the "Payment History " screen.Log out of WOW link
Click on this link when you are finished using the WOW system. This will end your WOW session, and navigate back to the "Login" screen.
TRANSMITTER INFORMATION section
This section contains links to all transmitter-related screens, and a Logout link.Since these links are transmitter-related, rather than Employer-related, you do not need to select and Employer from the dropdown box above.
Perform Transmitter and Contact Person Maintenance link
Click on this link if you want to add or modify the Transmitter address information, or the Primary WOW Contact person. WOW navigates to the "Transmitter Maintenance" screen.Setup Transmitter Employer Links link
Click on this link if you want to add or remove Employers from this Transmitter's WOW account. WOW navigates to the "Transmitter Employer Linking" screen.Change your WOW Password link
Click on this link if you want to change your WOW password on your WOW login account. WOW navigates to the "Password Maintenance" screen.Log out of WOW link
Click on this link when you are finished using the WOW system. This will end your WOW session, and navigate back to the "Login" screen.
