This screen has the following sections:
EMPLOYEREMPLOYER
WAGE YEAR INFORMATION
EMPLOYEE(S) AND OFS WAGES
This section displays information for the employer that was selected on the WOW Main Menu screen, so that you can easily keep track of which employer you are currently working on. It cannot be modified.
FEIN field
WOW displays the FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) of the selected Employer.
UI Acct No field
WOW displays the Montana UI Account Number of the selected Employer.
Business Name field
WOW displays the Business Name of the selected Employer.
WAGE YEAR INFORMATION
This section displays 2 drop down boxes.
Year drop down box
Click in this box and select the Year for which you wish to add, modify, or view wages, from the list of choices available. NOTE: This field will only give you access to years you have saved Montana wages in WOW.
Sort By drop down box
The sorting option allows you to sort the list of existing employees by SSN or Last Name. To sort the employee list, click on the drop down box and select SSN or Last Name. The screen will refresh with the employees in the chosen order.
EMPLOYEE(S) AND OFS WAGES
SSN
This field displays SSN's of all existing employees (Employees that you have previously uploaded or manually data entered into WOW that have the Out of State Indicator marked). This field is view only and cannot be modified here. If you need to modify this field, you must do it in the Employee Update screen.
LAST NAME
This field displays the Last Names of all the existing Employees (Employees that you have previously uploaded or manually data entered into WOW that have the Out of State Indicator marked.). This field is view only and cannot be modified here. If you need to modify this field, you must do it in the Employee Update screen.
FIRST NAME
This field displays the First Names of all the existing Employees (Employees that you have previously uploaded or manually data entered into WOW that have the Out of State Indicator marked.). This field is view only and cannot be modified here. If you need to modify this field, you must do it in the Employee Update screen.
TAXABLE WAGES
This field displays the taxable wages earned from another state and being claimed toward the taxable wage base in Montana for existing employees. This field will only have information in it, if an employer has used the Add New Wages link to add taxable wages to an employee.
TOTAL WAGES
This field displays the total wages earned from another state that the taxable wages are being used in the Montana taxable wage base calculation. This amount does not have to match the taxable wage amount entered, it can be higher. This field will only have information in it, if an employer has used the Add New Wages link to add total wages to an employee.
STATE
This field displays the state the taxable wages are being claimed in, to be used towards the Montana taxable wage base. This field will only have information in it, if an employer has used the Add New Wages link to add total wages to an employee.
REPORTING QUARTER
This field displays the reporting quarter the taxable wages are being claimed in, to be used towards the Montana taxable wage base. This field will only have information in it, if an employer has used the Add New Wages link to add total wages to an employee.

Add New Wages link
Click on this link to add new out of state wages for the selected employee. This link will navigate you to the Add Out of State Employee Wages screen.
Modify Existing Wages link
Click on this link to modify existing out of state wages for the selected employee. This link will navigate you to the Modify Existing Out of State Employee Wages screen. This link will only be available if Out of State wages have been previously entered by using the Add New Wages link.
