WARP on the Web - Report History

The Quarterly WOW Report History screen allows you to review all UI returns previously submitted to DOLI via WOW. This screen can be accessed from the WOW Main Menu screen.
The WOW system stores all your WOW UI returns on a database, allowing them to be reviewed on this screen.
NOTE 1: Only UI returns submitted via the WOW system can be reviewed on this screen.
NOTE 2: This screen is a Display Only screen. You cannot change any UI Return information on this screen. To create or amend a UI Return, use the Quarterly Report Creation screen.
NOTE 3: If multiple UI returns have been filed for this employer in the same quarter(i.e. amended returns) only the most recently submitted report is displayed on this screen.

The Quarterly WOW Report History Screen has these sections:

EMPLOYER
SELECTED YEAR AND QUARTER
FILED REPORT INFORMATION

EMPLOYER

This section displays information for the employer that was selected on the WOW Main Menu screen, so that you can easily keep track of which employer you are currently working on. It cannot be modified.

FEIN field

WOW displays the FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) of the selected Employer.

UI Acct No field

WOW displays the Montana UI Account Number of the selected Employer.

Business Name field

WOW displays the Business Name of the selected Employer.

SELECTED YEAR AND QUARTER

This section displays two dropdown boxes, and a button.

NOTE: If multiple UI returns have been filed for this employer in the same quarter (i.e., Amended Returns), only the most recently submitted report is displayable on this screen.

Year dropdown box

Click in this box and select the Year for which you wish to display this employer's most recent UI return, from the list of available choices.

Quarter dropdown box

Click in this box and select the Quarter for which you wish to display this employer's most recent UI return, from the list of available choices.

Show Report button

After you have selected the desired values in the Year and Quarter dropdown boxes, click this button to display your submitted UI report values for the selected year and quarter.
After clicking this button, WOW displays the report values for this quarter in the "FILED REPORT INFORMATION" section.

FILED REPORT INFORMATION

This section displays all UI report values that were submitted to DOLI via WOW for this employer and selected quarter. There are also two hyperlinks at the bottom of this section.

NOTE: If multiple UI returns have been filed for this employer in the same quarter (i.e., Amended Returns), only the most recently submitted report is displayable on this screen.

Total Wages field

Displays the UI total wages amount for this quarterly UI report for the selected employer.

Excess Wages field

Displays the UI total Excess wages amount for this quarterly UI report for the selected employer.

Taxable Wages field

Displays the total taxable wages amount for this quarterly UI report for the selected employer.

Computed Tax field

Displays the gross tax due for this quarterly UI report for the selected employer.

Payments Made field

WOW displays the sum of all UI payments made via WOW for this quarterly UI report for the selected employer.

Allowable Credits field

WOW displays the Allowable Credit amount for this quarterly UI report for the selected employer.

Penalties field

Displays the dollar amount of any penalties that were included on this quarterly UI return. For more information, see How UI Penalties are calculated.

Interest field

Displays the dollar amount of any interest that was included on this quarterly UI return. For more information, see How UI Interest is calculated.

Net Payment Due field

Displays the net tax due for this quarterly UI report for the selected employer.

Total Tax Rate field

WOW displays the Total Tax Rate percent for this quarterly UI report for the selected employer.

Employee Count 1 field

Displays the number of employees that were reported for the selected employer in the first month in the selected quarter.

Employee Count 2 field

Displays the number of employees that were reported for the selected employer in the second month in the selected quarter.

Employee Count 3 field

Displays the number of employees that were reported for the selected employer in the third month in the selected quarter.

Submit Date field

Displays the date that this quarterly UI return was submitted to DOLI via WOW.

Confirm Num field

Displays the WOW Confirmation Number assigned to this quarterly UI return.

Processed Date field

Displays the date that DOLI processed this UI Return. This is normally within 24 hours of the date that the return was submitted on WOW. These are processed Monday through Friday at about 2 p.m.

Amended Rpt? field

Displays whether or not this UI Return was an Amended Return ("YES" if amended, "NO" if original).

Employer Type field

Displays the Employer Type for the selected employer. Possible values are "Regular (Experienced-Rated)", "Reimbursable", or "Governmental."

If you wish to have a copy of your UI Return, click this link. WOW will open a new browser window with the currently displayed UI Return displayed in Adobe Acrobat.
NOTE: You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software in order to use this feature.

Click this link if you wish to leave this screen, and navigate to the Quarterly Report Creation screen.
