When you access the "Welcome To Warp On The Web" screen, two input boxes and a "Login Now" button are displayed on the screen, as well as other links at the bottom.
NOTE: You must pre-register with the Department of Labor and Industry before you will be able to access WOW. Call (406) 444-6963 to register for WOW or e-mail the WARP Administrator (mailto:arose@mt.gov).

FEIN field  Enter the registered transmitter FEIN.
Password field  Enter the registered transmitter password.
Login Now button  After typing the FEIN and password, click this button to log into the WOW application.

The first time you log into WOW, you must enter Employer Account information for all Employers that you will be submitting UI data for. For first-time users, WOW automatically takes you to the "Transmitter/ Employer Linking" screen, immediately upon a successful login.

FEIN field

Type your nine-digit Federal Employer Identification Number in the FEIN input box. You must type a nine-digit number, without hyphens or spaces. Type your FEIN as it appears on your UI-5 Montana Employer's UI Quarterly Wage Report.

You will not be able to proceed past this screen without entering a WOW-registered FEIN number. WOW will prompt you to try again. If you are unsuccessful, you may call the WOW Support number at (406) 444-6963 or e-mail the WARP Administrator (mailto:arose@mt.gov).

Password field

Type the Password assigned to you to access WOW. Your password must be between four and eight characters long. You can use either numbers or letters. Your password is not case-sensitive.

A good (more secure) password will contain a combination of numbers and letters from six to eight characters total. Do not share your password with any unauthorized personnel.

Login Now button

Click on the Login Now button after you have entered your FEIN and password values. WOW will display the WOW Main Menu screen, the "Home Base" screen in the WOW application.

If you try to click the Login Now button without first entering your FEIN and password, WOW will prompt you to try again.

System Requirements
To avoid frustration, be certain your computer system meets these requirements before you continue:
  • IBM-compatible Pentium 90 megahertz processor or faster
  • Screen resolution setting of 800 x 600 or greater required (1024 x 768 or greater recommended)
  • A 56Kbps or faster internet connection
