The Transmitter screen can be accessed from the WOW Main Menu screen. It allows you to provide information about the person, business, or office transmitting data via WARP on the Web.
Any information entered in these fields is for DOLI use only and is stored on a secure database.
The Transmitter Maintenance Screen is divided into three sections:
TRANSMITTER INFORMATION
TRANSMITTER ADDRESS
PRIMARY CONTACT PERSON
FEIN field
WOW displays the FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) of the logged-in Transmitter.Remember: One transmitter can transmit for multiple employers. If you are the transmitter for your own business, your employer and transmitter information will be the same.
UI Acct No field
WOW displays the Montana UI Account Number of the logged-in Transmitter.Business Name field
WOW displays the Business Name of the transmitter in this field.Address Line 1 field
Tab to this field or click in this field, then type the transmitter's mailing address information. This field is required.Address Line 2 field
Tab to this field or click in this field, then type any additional transmitter mailing address information that did not fit in the Line 1 field.City field
Tab to this field or click in this field, then type the name of the city where the transmitter receives mail. This field is required.State field
Click in this dropdown box field, then select the transmitter's state or province from the options provided. This field is required.Zip Code field
Tab to this field or click in this field, then type the transmitter"s five-digit zip code. This field is required.Ext field
Tab to this field or click in this field, then type the transmitter"s 4-digit Zip Code Extension, if any.Country field
Click in this dropdown box field, then select the transmitter"s country from the options provided (defaults to "USA").Last Name field
Either tab to this field or click here, then type the last name of the primary WOW user, or contact person, for this transmitter. This field is required.First Name + Mid Init field
Either tab to this field or click here, then type the first name and middle initial (if any) of the primary WOW user, or contact person, for this transmitter. First Name field is required.Job Description field
Click in this dropdown box, and select the job description that best describes the Job Title of the primary WOW user, or contact person, for this transmitter. This field is required.Phone field
Either tab to this field or click here, then type the direct line phone number of the primary WOW user, or contact person, for this transmitter. Please include the area code of the phone number. Do Not include parentheses () or dashes -, like this: 4064441234. This field is required.Ext field
Either tab to this field or click here, then type the phone extension (if any).Email field
Either tab to this field or click here, then type the email address of the primary WOW user, or contact person, for this transmitter. This field is required.Save Changes, Stay on This Screen button
Click on this button if you want WOW to save your Transmitter Address and Contact Person information, and then redisplay the Transmitter Maintenance screen.Save Changes, go to Main Menu screen button
Click on this button if you want WOW to save your Transmitter Address and Contact Person information, and then display the WOW Main Menu screen.Reset This Screen without Saving button
Click on this button if you want WOW to NOT save any changes you have made since your last Save, and then redisplay the Transmitter Maintenance screen.Back to Top
