Upload Review

The purpose of this screen is to provide the capability to verify the employee names and wages are correct that were uploaded and to choose a year/quarter that the wages will be designated towards. This screen also allows you to save the uploaded wages into WOW. This screen cannot be accessed by the WOW Main Menu screen; it can only be accessed after the CSV file format has uploaded correctly.

This screen has the following sections:

UPLOADED EMPLOYEES AND WAGES:
BUTTONS

EMPLOYER

This section displays the FEIN, UI Account Number, and Business Name for the selected Employer. The information is not updateable, it is display only.

FEIN field

WOW displays the FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) of the selected employer.

UI Acct No field

WOW displays the Montana UI Account Number of the selected Employer.

Business Name field

WOW displays the Business Name of the selected Employer.

QUARTER INFORMATION

This section displays boxes that let you choose the quarter and year you want the uploaded wages to be posted to. NOTE: A file may be uploaded numerous times per quarter, until a quarterly report has been filed, and then any wages must be changed manually. So please make sure that the quarter and year are correct before saving.

UPLOADED EMPLOYEE AND WAGES

This section displays all the ssn’s, names and wages for each employee uploaded from the CSV file format. If everything appears to have uploaded correctly, press the Save all Employees and Wages shown. If something looks incorrect about the uploaded information, press the Cancel this Upload button and continue working with the CSV file until the file appears to be correct and can be saved on WOW.

SSN

This field displays SSN's of all existing employees uploaded to WOW from the CSV file format.

LAST NAME

This field displays the Last Names of all the existing Employees uploaded to WOW from the CSV file format.

FIRST NAME

This field displays the First Names of all the existing Employees uploaded to WOW from the CSV file format.

MID

This field displays the Middle Initial of all the existing Employees uploaded to WOW from the CSV file format.

Wage Amount

This field displays the Wage Amount of all the existing Employees uploaded to WOW from the CSV file format.

BUTTONS ON THIS SCREEN

At the bottom of the fields, are 2 buttons: “Save all Employees and Wages shown” and “Cancel this Upload.”

Save all Employees and Wages shown

Click on this button to save the CSV uploaded file into WOW. This information will post in the Input/Update Employees screen and the Input Montana Employee Wages screen.

Cancel the Upload

Click on this button to cancel the upload of the CSV file.
